1. If the guest cancels the photography session within 30 days of the scheduled date and time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount will apply.

2. Weather Conditions:

• In the case of outdoor photography sessions, if inclement weather conditions prevent the session from taking place, the photographer and client will discuss and agree upon an alternative date and time.
• If the client is unable or unwilling to reschedule, the photographer will provide a refund of any fees paid.

Our photographers are local photographers in the city where you will do the photoshoot. Therefore, there are no travel or accommodation expenses. However, if you want your photoshoot to happen on remote places that are more than 1 hour outside of the city center or any places that require ticket fee, there might be an additional charge.

Photos:

• The unedited photos will be ready within 3 days
• The sneakpeek photos will be ready within 3 days
• Once you’ve selected your favorite photos, we will begin editing. The edited photos will be delivered within 5 days after you’ve made your selection.

Videos:

• Your video reels (up to 60 seconds), highlight video (1.5 – 2 minutes), and full movie (up to 30 minutes) will be ready within 4 weeks.
• You are welcome to choose two of your favorite songs to be used as the background music.
