Tour Photography – Terms & Conditions :

* A booking is confirmed once payment is received.

* Payments are non-refundable. One reschedule is allowed due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, subject to availability.

* Photoshoots are subject to weather, lighting, and public conditions. No refunds for rain, clouds, or crowds.

* Location permits, entrance fees, and special permissions are the client’s responsibility.

* Late arrival may reduce shooting time without compensation.

* Edited photos will be delivered via an exclusive online gallery. Unedited previews will be shared within 24 hours, and edited images will be delivered within 5 days after the client selects their favorites. RAW files are not provided.

* Edited videos will be delivered within 14 days. RAW footage can be provided upon request.⁠

* Tour photography time is counted from the first photo taken. Break and travel time between locations are included in the total session duration.

* The remaining balance must be settled in full before unedited photos are shared with the client.
